These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the EKSTRA STAR website and the development, manufacture and supply of textile materials. By engaging us you accept these terms.

1. Scope

EKSTRA STAR researches, develops and produces knitwear, textile materials, ropes, technical and industrial textiles and custom fibre solutions. The specification, volume and standards of each order are defined in a written agreement.

2. Briefs & orders

A brief submitted through this website is an enquiry, not a binding order. A contract is formed only when specification, samples, price and timing are agreed in writing and any deposit is received.

3. Specifications & samples

Materials are produced to the properties confirmed in your specification and validated test reports. Indicative performance figures on this website are not binding; the values in your data sheet are.

4. Payment & delivery

Payment terms and delivery are set out in each agreement. Title passes on full payment. Lead times are estimated in good faith and may be affected by raw-material availability.

5. Conformity

We warrant that delivered materials conform to the agreed specification within stated tolerances. Natural and blended fibres carry inherent variation that is not a defect. Claims must be raised within the period stated in your agreement.

6. Intellectual property

Material designs, structures, test data and website content remain the property of EKSTRA STAR unless otherwise agreed, and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kyiv region.
